We are a licensed Retail Electricity Supplier from the Energy Regulatory Commission (RES License No. 2-2021-0073RS).
We are also a licensed Retail Aggregator by virtue of authorization granted by the Energy Regulatory Commission on January 19, 2023.
Green Energy Option Program (GEOP)
We are an accredited Renewable Energy Supplier, having been granted a Green Energy Option Program (GEOP) Operating Permit by the Department of Energy on September 16, 2021.
Competitive Retail Electricity Market
Retail Competition and Open Access Program
Purpose
To allow businesses and large electricity consumers to choose their electricity supplier instead of being tied to their local distribution utility (DU)
Eligibility
Contestable customers, which are those with electricity consumption at least 500 kW.
Retail Aggregation Program
Purpose
To allow smaller electricity consumers to combine their demand to reach the contestability threshold, making them eligible to choose a RES under RCOA.
Eligibility
Businesses or organizations that individually consume less than 500 kW but, when combined, reach the required threshold.
